Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift

Connected Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join one of our trusted partner facilities in Ishpeming, Michigan. This 140-bed skilled nursing and long-term care facility is committed to delivering exceptional resident care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Shift: Night Shift
• Hours: 5x8 schedule (40 hours per week)
• Location: Ishpeming, MI

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and established care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed
• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions, identifying and reporting changes in status
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, residents, and families to ensure high-quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff as appropriate
• Respond to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in condition during overnight hours
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively during night shifts
