Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients across the age spectrum within the Surgical Services Department.
- Serve as OR Circulator, coordinating intraoperative patient care with surgeons, nurses, anesthesia providers, and other team members.
- Prepare the operating room, ensure sterile technique, and manage counts of instruments, sponges, and needles.
- Monitor patient status during procedures, respond to changes, and document perioperative care.
- Assist with positioning, specimen handling, and equipment setup to support efficient and safe procedures.
- Communicate clearly with the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient safety and workflow.
- Support postoperative hand-off and accurate documentation of intraoperative events.
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and patient privacy guidelines.

Requirements
- Active RN license in California, or eligible for licensure
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- OR Circulator experience or demonstrated ability to perform OR circulator duties
- Ability to work in a hospital OR setting and meet credentialing/privileging requirements
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; dedicated to patient safety
