Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care in the operating room for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with anesthesia and surgical teams; apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision making.
- Provide intraoperative patient care, including patient positioning, sterile technique, instrument handling, and equipment readiness according to OR protocols.
- Participate in OR support functions as applicable, including perfusion services or related inpatient/outpatient activities within the OR scope.
- Float to designated network locations as needed to support staffing and patient care demands.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety and policy compliance; participate in required call shifts as assigned.

Requirements
- Licensure requirements: Active RN licensure and ability to practice in the assignment’s jurisdiction as defined in the Job Notes
- Certification requirements: OR-related certifications as defined by the Job Notes
- Experience requirements: OR nursing experience preferred or required per the Job Notes
- Education requirements: Nursing degree and credentials as defined by the Job Notes
- Ability to work in an operating room setting and to float to the specified network locations as needed
- Willingness to participate in call shifts per assignment schedule
