Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for intraoperative patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff in the OR, coordinating care with the surgical team and other disciplines.
- Provide intraoperative patient care, including positioning, sterile technique, instrumentation, and monitoring as requested by the surgical team.
- Apply critical thinking and professional judgment to ensure patient safety, accurate documentation, and adherence to policies.
- Prioritize patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality throughout the operative experience.
- Maintain open communication with circulating nurses, surgeons, and other members of the perioperative team to optimize outcomes.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California.
- Operating Room nursing experience is preferred.
- Nursing degree from an accredited program (e.g., ASN or BSN).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced OR environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, prioritization, and effective communication skills.
- Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment and adhere to OR standards of care.
