Job Summary:
We are actively recruiting and prioritizing candidates immediately for a Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Orthopedic/Spine position
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct pediatric patient care and coordinate nursing care plans.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment, procedures, and recovery.
Plan, implement, evaluate, and communicate all phases of nursing care.
Coordinate transitions of care across settings.
Delegate patient care according to skill level, experience, acuity, and available resources.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Provide leadership through mentoring, teaching, and precepting.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, committees, and professional practice activities.
Must-Have Experience:
Strong pediatric nursing experience is required.
In-depth pediatric experience with:
Orthopedics
Upper and lower extremity surgeries
Spine surgeries
Spinal cord injuries
Paralysis
Candidates without substantial pediatric experience in these specific areas will not be considered
