Shift: Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 7:30 AM
Contract Duration: June 26, 2026 – June 24, 2028
SCHEDULES:
We do a 3-3 rotation which consists of
Week 1 - Monday or Tuesday, Friday and Saturday
Week 2 - Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Note: Our week starts Sunday through Saturday
No time off requests will be accepted through Agency, must be approved through Facility.
The end date is set for 2 years yet this is all based on Nursing needs and may change at any time.
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift opportunity in Nashville, TN. Under general supervision, the RN will be responsible for delivering quality patient care across a wide range of clinical situations and performing nursing duties of moderate complexity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders and established nursing protocols
- Administer medications and monitor for effectiveness and side effects
- Evaluate patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes
- Perform BLS, CPR, and participate in emergency response situations
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Tennessee or Compact (NLC) license
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience OR
- Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution OR
- Diploma in Nursing from an accredited school
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills
