    Overview
    Registered Nurse – Telemetry travel assignment in Glendale, CA, starting 08/17/2026 for 8 weeks. This hospital-based role offers 36 guaranteed hours per week on a 3x12-hour day shift. The travel position provides an opportunity to work within a hospital setting while delivering coordinated care to telemetry patients. Weekly pay ranges from $1,665 to $1,779.

    Responsibilities
    - Deliver direct patient care for telemetry patients using established nursing processes and standards.
    - Collect and interpret relevant health data, analyze assessments, and develop care plans to achieve outcomes.
    - Implement care plans, coordinate with the healthcare team, and promote a safe healing environment.
    - Monitor cardiac rhythms, administer medications as prescribed, and respond to changes in patient status.
    - Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams; participate in discharge planning and patient education.
    - Delegate appropriately, supervise assigned staff, and ensure thorough documentation in the electronic medical record (EPIC and Cerner).

    Requirements
    - Current RN license in the state of practice (California)
    - BSN preferred; acute care experience preferred; minimum of two years of recent clinical experience
    - BLS and ACLS certification required; NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) required
    - Facility-specific BLS (HS-BLS or RQI BLS) certification required
    - Recent EPIC and Cerner experience required; ability to document and retrieve information in the EMR accurately
    - Ability to work in a hospital setting and contribute to a multidisciplinary team
