Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines using professional judgment and clinical leadership.
- Monitor telemetry data, respond to alarms, assess patient status, and implement appropriate interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; document care accurately in the medical record.

- Maintain infection control, safety protocols, and quality standards within a fast-paced hospital environment.
Requirements
- Active California Registered Nurse license (unrestricted)
- Current BLS (American Heart Association) certification
- 1 year of telemetry/acute care experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts; 3 days per week
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Capacity to work in a hospital setting and comply with facility policies
