Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Specialty located in St. Louis, Missouri. This role involves providing respiratory care for patients across various hospital units, including ICU, ED, Neuro, Trauma, and specialty areas. The position requires a confident, efficient therapist with strong time management skills to support a high-volume critical care environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 3x12, 1830 0700, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: RRT certification, licensed with Missouri Board for Respiratory Care, BLS and ACLS from AHA only, 1 year of experience, based in Missouri
• Preferred Qualifications: PALS certification, pediatric experience, blood gas draw and interpretation skills, experience with GEM blood gas processing
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: Pediatric patients are stabilized in the emergency department and transported to a sister hospital. The position involves caring for respiratory patients across the hospital, including SICU, CCU, CVICU, ED, neuro, and trauma units. Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical skills, good time management, and a team-oriented attitude. Dress code is black scrubs.
