Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) position located in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing critical respiratory care to pediatric patients within a healthcare facility. The position requires adaptability to a night shift schedule within a dynamic clinical environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights; 12 hours shift; minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certifications: AHA or ARC; Education: Respiratory Therapist (RT) credential; Experience: 2 years of pediatric respiratory care; Location Requirements: Pennsylvania license in hand; Years of Experience: 2 years
- Preferred Qualifications: EPIC charting system experience; NICU or pediatric response experience; Additional certification in PALS or NRP preferred
- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: Candidate must be able to care for COVID-19 patients. The facility is tobacco and fragrance free; please notify the traveler prior to submission.
- Submittal Details: Must hold a valid PA license. No license hits are accepted. Mileage is limited to a 50-mile radius; local candidates will be offered at a lower billing rate.
- Certifications and Skills: BLS, RRT; Adult Critical Care, Emergency Department, Pediatric Care, Extubation, Intubation Assist, Nasal airway placement, Suctioning, Tracheostomy care/management, Mechanical ventilation troubleshooting, and related skills.
