Job Summary
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RTT) - Williamstown, PA. This role involves providing respiratory therapy services and life support to patients with cardiopulmonary system deficiencies and abnormalities. Under the general direction of a physician and by prescription, the respiratory therapist will assess patient conditions, operate and monitor respiratory equipment, perform pulmonary function tests, and respond to emergency situations to ensure optimal patient care.

Job Details

• Schedule: Rotating shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of a CoARC (Committee on Accreditation for Respiratory Care) approved respiratory program; 0 years of experience; valid PA state license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; registration as a Respiratory Therapist (RTT); Act 31, Act 33, Act 34, and Act 73 mandated certifications in Pennsylvania.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare facility setting is preferred.
• Additional Information: The respiratory therapist will perform duties including reading prescriptions, measuring arterial blood gases, evaluating medical orders, setting up and operating respiratory devices such as mechanical ventilators, monitoring physiological responses, maintaining patient charts, assisting with transport of mechanically ventilated patients, and responding to code situations. The position is set to start on 07/27/2026.
