Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapy - Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide respiratory therapy services for adult and NICU patients.
  • Utilize equipment such as Hamilton C1, V60, and Hamilton MR1.
  • Document patient information in Meditech system.
  • Participate in a rotating schedule of 3-12 hour shifts per week including every other weekend.
  • Administer CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, and Bubble CPAP therapies.
  • Maintain safety and compliance with patient care standards.

Qualifications

  • NICU experience is required.
  • Current RRT certification.
  • BLS, ACLS, and NRP preferred or obtainable after hire.
  • 2 years of general respiratory therapy experience.
  • Proficient with Meditech documentation system.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
