Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) position in Twin Falls, Idaho. This role involves providing respiratory care to a diverse patient population, including NICU to geriatrics, across inpatient and emergency room settings. The shift is scheduled for nights, with a focus on ensuring quality patient treatments and supporting clinical operations within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Job Details:
- Shift: 12-hour nights, from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with weekend and holiday work as needed. Self-scheduling and block scheduling options are available.
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours.
- Start Date: 08/17/2026.
- Required Qualifications: Valid Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RT) certification via the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Stable certification if applicable. Minimum of 1 year of experience in respiratory therapy. Must have NICU experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with neonatal and pediatric patients; ability to assist with intubation and place an LMA. Familiarity with Drager vents, Cervo-NICU, Hamilton transport vent, Vapotherm, Philips V60 and V30 equipment.
- Responsibilities: Draw and analyze arterial blood gases (ABGs), administer breathing treatments, operate BiPAP, CPAP, ventilators, and assist with bedside bronchoscopies. Assist with intubations and place airway devices as needed; do not perform EKGs.
- Additional Information: The team always includes a lead or charge therapist; travelers may have charge responsibilities depending on experience. Floating to ICU, floors, NICU, and ER may be required. Attending one department meeting per month is required.

- Travel and Location notes: Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility address to be considered.
