Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) in Missouri. This position involves providing comprehensive respiratory care to pediatric patients within a healthcare facility. Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid respiratory therapist license, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), minimum of 0 years of related experience, located in Missouri.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred.
- Additional Information: This role entails performing routine and complex respiratory procedures including ventilator management, chest physiotherapy, bronchoscopy assistance, and arterial puncture. The respiratory therapist will be responsible for monitoring patient responses, maintaining equipment, documentation, and communicating with physicians regarding treatment efficacy.
