MedCadre is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in Twin Falls, Idaho.

Position: RegisteredRespiratory Therapist

Location: Twin Falls, ID

Job Type: 13 Weeks Contract + possible extensions

Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)

Schedule: 3 days/week

Expected Hours: 36 hours per week


Note: Local candidates are not accepted. The facility has a 50 mile radius rule.


Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) for a 13-week travel assignment in Idaho. The ideal candidate will provide respiratory care services across a variety of patient populations, including neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in an acute care setting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform respiratory assessments and administer respiratory treatments.
  • Draw and analyze arterial blood gases (ABGs).
  • Manage and monitor patients on CPAP, BiPAP, high-flow oxygen, and mechanical ventilation.
  • Assist with intubations and bedside bronchoscopy procedures as needed.
  • Provide respiratory care in the ICU, ER, Med-Surg, Step-Down, and NICU units.
  • Monitor patient response to therapy and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR.
  • Adhere to all patient safety, infection prevention, and facility protocols.


Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
  • Idaho RRT license.
  • NBRC registration
  • BLS Certification.
  • ACLS Certification.
  • PALS Certification.
  • STABLE certification.
