**Exciting Opportunity for Registered Respiratory Therapists!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team as a Registered Respiratory Therapist! - Provide comprehensive respiratory therapy under medical direction to support patients with cardiopulmonary system deficiencies. - Assist with intubation and manage ventilators to ensure optimal patient care. - Gather vital information to evaluate patient needs, including disease education and collaboration with healthcare professionals. - Build rapport with patients and caregivers to create a supportive environment for achieving health goals. - Deliver and document tailored education to patients and caregivers based on identified needs. - Engage in various duties and projects as assigned, contributing to the success of the Respiratory Services team. - Adhere to organizational competencies and standards of behavior. - Physical requirements: Lift a minimum of 5 lbs., push/pull a minimum of 5 lbs., and stand for at least 1 hour a day. - Regular interaction with medical personnel and visitors. - Flexibility in schedule: - Mostly day shifts, with willingness to work nights if needed. - Available for 36 or 40 hours/week, including two 8-hour shifts and two 12-hour shifts, or three 12-hour shifts. - Weekend and holiday coverage as needed. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing patient needs. - Strong accountability for improving the lives of patients and caregivers. - Exceptional teamwork skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. **Educational Background:** - High school diploma or equivalent. - Graduate of an accredited program in Respiratory Therapy. **Certifications & Licensure:** - Current and valid New Jersey Respiratory Care license. - NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification. - BLS - AHA certification. - ACLS certification. - PALS certification. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
