Job Summary: Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) specializing in neonatal intensive care units (NICU) for a healthcare provider in Scranton, Pennsylvania. This travel assignment involves providing respiratory therapy services across multiple campuses, with a focus on pediatric and neonatal care. The position requires adaptability to floating between facilities and adherence to strict clinical protocols.
Job Details:
Schedule: Night shifts, 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP); at least 1 year of clinical experience in neonatal intensive care units; general qualifications include a healthcare provider credential, and compliance with location and experience requirements.
Preferred Qualifications: NICU experience highly preferred.
Additional Information: Floating between the organizations campuses may be required. Scrub color assigned is teal/gray. No call is required. Blocked scheduling may be requested. EMR system used is Cerner.
