Required Qualifications Registered Respiratory Therapist, Adult Experience: 2 years Licenses: RT-FL(Copy needed) Certifications: RRT-NBRC(Copy Needed); BLS-AHA(Copy Needed); ACLS-AHA(Copy Needed) SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
