Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - $1,392 to $1,592 per week in Bristol, TN

We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local hospital in Bristol, TN where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
• Current Tennessee state license in good standing with the State License Board.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
• One year experience as an RRT in an acute care or hospital setting.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with mechanical ventilation management, non-invasive ventilation, and arterial blood gas sampling.
• Competence with ventilator setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting across multiple ventilator platforms.
• Ability to perform suctioning (oropharyngeal, nasal, tracheal), tracheostomy care, and endotracheal tube management.
• Familiarity with pulse oximetry and capnography monitoring, 12-lead EKG acquisition, and basic arrhythmia recognition.
• Ability to assist with procedures such as bronchoscopy, chest tube management, and emergency airway interventions.
• Preferred: ACLS certification.
