· Number of Beds - 226

· Number of Staff – 35

· Type of staff:

o Day Shift – ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters)

o Night Shift –

· Patient Ratios – variable – depending on day and area coverage. Everyone is expected to help.

· Type of equipment -

· EMR – Meditech

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· Adult and Level 3 nicu exp. NICU EXPERIENCE

·

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· Work with PB 840 and dreager vents

· Deliveries – deliver surfactant
