NICU experience is required. This position requires experience in both NICU and adult respiratory therapy. Documentation system used on the unit is Meditech. Candidates must have good customer service skills. Experience with all age ranges of patients is necessary. Procedures performed in this role include drawing ABGs, assisting with intubation, nebulizer treatment, and metaneb therapy. Candidates with experience using the Servo I ventilator and I-Stat will be prioritized. The dress code requires black scrubs, which must be purchased. Nail policy specifies clean and healthy nails only, with no artificial nails permitted. Hair must be neat and clean; extreme styles or colors are not acceptable. Facial hair should be clean and neatly trimmed. If hair is shoulder length or longer, it must be pulled back while working. Body art should be covered whenever possible. Visible piercings, other than those on ears, are prohibited. Attendance policies will be strictly followed.
