Key Responsibilities of the Respiratory Therapist

Perform airway management procedures
Manage ventilator systems for NICU patients
Provide support in the Emergency Department
Ensure effective communication with staff and healthcare providers

Requirements of the Respiratory Therapist

Minimum 1-year current acute care NICU RRT hospital experience
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
Level III NICU experience
PEDS experience
Critical care experience preferred
PICU experience is preferred
Prior Meditech experience
