A Respiratory Therapist job in an acute care setting in Harrison, AR lets you deliver advanced respiratory care to patients with complex pulmonary disorders and critical illnesses. You will independently assess, treat, and manage patients in intensive care units and emergency situations, using specialized equipment and collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams. Recommended qualifications include a degree in respiratory therapy, Arkansas state licensure, NBRC credential, and CPR certification. Eighteen months of experience in respiratory care, ideally in a critical care setting, is preferred.
