Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - $1,911 per week in Clinton, MD

Job Title: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Profession: RRT Specialty: RRT Duration: 26 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: 2 years of experience in Adult Critical Care, ED, and Transport License: MD license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, RRT or CRT Must-Have: - Minimum of 2 years of experience required - Must have completed at least 1 travel assignment - Every other weekend required, Holidays as needed Description: This position is for an RRT/CRT with a focus on respiratory and neuro diagnostics. Candidates must have a valid MD license at the time of submission. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Adult Critical Care, ED, and Transport is required. The role entails working night shifts, specifically from 19:00 to 07:30. Candidates must possess ACLS and BLS certifications. Charge experience is preferred but not mandatory. Experience with patient ratios is necessary. Charting experience is required. Knowledge of Cerner is beneficial. Travel experience is essential. Skills include adult critical care, aerosol setup, and drawing arterial blood gases. Experience in intubation assistance and troubleshooting high-pressure alarms is expected. Candidates should be familiar with tracheostomy care and management. Working every other weekend and holidays as needed is part of the commitment. References supporting two years of experience within the last three years are required. No requested time off is permitted during the first two weeks of the assignment. RTO must be included at the time of submission and cannot be changed later. Candidates should plan ahead to prevent conflicts with vacations or work schedules. Compliance requirements must be fulfilled during the onboarding process. All submittals will be reviewed by a clinical team. Candidates must be comfortable proceeding without a guaranteed interview.
