Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - $2,020 per week in Clinton, IL

Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Profession: Cardiopulmonary Specialty: Respiratory Therapy Duration: 6 months Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours (6:30am - 7:00pm) Experience: Minimum 1 year License: State licensure as required Certifications: BLS required, ACLS preferred Must-Have: Knowledge of various methods of oxygen delivery and associated equipment. Description: Provides cardiopulmonary care services in accordance with specific physician orders and department policies and procedures. Maintains knowledge of the various methods of oxygen delivery, including the necessary equipment. Administers respiratory therapy treatments and understands the purpose of each and the possible side effects associated with each. Sets up and monitors mechanical ventilators, performing the associated critical care duties required for such treatment, including airway management and tracheal suctioning. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time. May be exposed to communicable diseases. Rotating weekend and call schedule is required. Holiday coverage may also be required.
