Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - $2,084 to $2,284 per week in New Brunswick, NJ

We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you’ll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
• One year experience as an RRT
• BLS certification
• NJ license is required
• NBRC certification is required
• 1.5+ years of experience required
• PICU/NICU experience is required
• ACLS, PALS, and NRP are required
• Experience with blood gas, vent/BiPAP/high flow initiation and management, code response, in-house transport, medication administration, and chest PT
• Experience with Servo I & U and V60 BiPAP equipment

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Weekend requirement: Every other weekend (Fri/Sat)
• Floating required between pediatric units and NICU, with possible floating to adult units on the main campus
• Patient mix includes neonatal critical care and pediatrics
• Charting system: EPIC
