Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist Profession: Registered Respiratory Therapist Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 06:00 PM - 06:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS, NRP Must-Have: Some pediatric experience preferred. Previous Epic experience within the last 12 months required. Description: Assess, treat, and care for patients with breathing disorders. Assume primary responsibility for all respiratory care modalities, including the supervision of respiratory care students. Initiate and conduct therapeutic procedures. Maintain patient records. Select, assemble, check, and operate equipment. Provide high-quality respiratory care to various patient populations: neonate, infant, toddler, school age, adolescent, adult, and geriatric. 12-hour shifts required, with every other weekend. On-call duty required once every scheduling period. May cover other shifts as needed. One shift of mandatory low census may be implemented per week, depending on patient load. 36 hours per week.
