Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - $2,105 per week in Boise, ID

Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Profession: Respiratory Therapist Specialty: Respiratory Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Nights Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP preferred Must-Have: Must have at least 2-3 years of experience if RRT. Must have 3-5 years of experience if CRT. Familiarity with NAVA on Cervo vents for NICU is necessary. Description: Manage all respiratory therapy equipment and treatments. Transport patients and perform arterial blood gas sampling. Will not perform EKGs. Assist with intubation as needed. Work with a Lead Therapist available on each shift. Coverage will include inpatient areas with shifts typically staffed by 10-12 therapists at night. Vents used include Draeger for adults and Servo U for pediatrics. Additional equipment includes V60 BiPAPs, Vapotherm high flow, Optiflow for NICU, Philips Cough Assist, ResMed home CPAP, and Hill-Rom Vest machines for percussion. Every other weekend work is required. Holidays must be worked if scheduled during that time. Floating may occur to surrounding locations as necessary. Dress code allows for any clean and professional color. Orientation includes department-specific training on adult, pediatric, and NICU care. This position involves working in an acute care setting.
