Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - $2,158 per week in Saint Louis, MO

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience. First-time travelers are accepted. Weekend shifts are required every other week. On-call duties are not required. Clinicians will not float outside their scope. Local candidates within a 75-mile radius are not accepted. Pending licenses are accepted. The unit requires experience in a Level 1 trauma facility, NICU, pediatric critical care, and pediatrics. The facility has a daily census of approximately 320 patients. The hospital is a children's acute care hospital with a total of 400 staffed beds. Special equipment includes servo ventilators and nitric oxide systems. Important skills required include troubleshooting high-pressure alarms, extubation, and weaning from mechanical ventilation. The specialist will provide care to neonates, infants, and pediatric patients. Charting will be done using EPIC. All applicants must complete compliance requirements before the start date.
