Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - $2,193 per week in Plymouth, MN

Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Profession: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialty: RRT Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year in specialty License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS Must-Have: - Experience in adult critical care - Ability to perform lab draws and nasopharyngeal swabbing Description: The role involves various responsibilities in the emergency department. Staff will assist in patient triage during the night shift. Duties include turning over rooms, stocking supplies, and answering call lights. Candidates will take patients to the restroom and may conduct blood draws if experienced. Staff will also handle EKGs as required. You will provide care for a diverse patient population, including infants and adults. The department has a daily census of approximately 167 visits. Patient diagnoses may include cough, COPD exacerbation, and various pediatric conditions. Staff will frequently administer nebulizer treatments and suctioning. There will be opportunities to manage high flow oxygen and CPAP. Team members may float within the hospital or nearby affiliates as needed. All candidates must adhere to compliance and background check requirements.
