Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

Location: Concord, MA

Pay: $2,615.40 weekly

Shifts: Nights, 36 hours, 7:00p-7:30a, every other weekend, no call, rotating holidays

Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled and experienced Respiratory Therapist for a travel assignment in Concord, MA. This role focuses on delivering diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care services to patients of all ages in both inpatient and outpatient settings. As a travel professional, you will be required to manage various respiratory procedures while working closely with a dynamic healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities of the Respiratory Therapist
  • Perform respiratory care procedures according to established guidelines
  • Evaluate, treat, and reassess patients following physicians' orders
  • Assist in therapeutic decisions with physicians and nursing staff
  • Train and orientate respiratory and nursing personnel
  • Participate in Code Team and Rapid Response Team activities
  • Educate patients and their families
  • Engage in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives
  • Contribute to departmental education and training sessions
  • Transport patients as necessary
  • Support the Director with projects and inventory management
  • Ensure patients' rights to care, privacy, and respect are maintained
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements of the Respiratory Therapist
  • MA License (pending at submission is acceptable)
  • NRP Certification required
  • Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited Respiratory Therapy program
  • Travel experience required
  • Previous Respiratory Therapist and patient care experience strongly preferred
