Job Title: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialist Profession: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialty: RRT-NICU Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Ohio RRT license required Certifications: NBRC, BLS, Advanced NRP, and PALS required Must-Have: Experience in PEDS, PICU, NICU (high level care level 4) Description: NBRC, BLS, Advanced NRP, and PALS certifications are required. A minimum of two years of experience is required. Must have an Ohio RRT license in hand. The role involves working with PEDS patients in the RRT-NICU, PICU, and CVICU. There may be floating to various children's rehab and NICU units. All requests for time off and scheduling need to be communicated during submission and the interview. Travelers will need to complete two fingerprinting processes, one onsite for facility requirements prior to start and the second through the agency. All work history must be included in the profile at the time of submission. All required certifications must be provided at the time of submission. Background checks of any kind will be reviewed by the facility. The facility does not accept any license violations. Candidates must be nicotine-free; there are no exceptions. A negative 10-panel drug screen plus nicotine test is required within 12 months of start. Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to the facility for one year from their previous end date. Important: BCI/FBI prints are time-sensitive and must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract. Candidates may extend with the client for a period of 18 months; after which a 6-month break is required. The client may choose to defer the required 6-month break on a case-by-case basis. Modules are billable and must be completed pre-start and annually, varying by specialty. Modules are recorded via internal systems.
