Shift: Nights | 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM | 36 Hours/Week
Weekly Gross:$2300 - $2,400 (Based on 36 Hours)
We are actively seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a hospital in Glens Falls, New York for a 13-week contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced acute care environment, providing high-quality respiratory care to adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients.
Key Responsibilities:Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions
Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and ventilator management
Respond to emergency respiratory situations, including neonatal resuscitations
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and respiratory care standards
Active New York Respiratory Therapist License – Required
NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Credential – Required
Associate's Degree from an accredited Respiratory Care Program – Required
Labor & Delivery/Neonatal Resuscitation Experience – Required
Critical Care Proficiency – Required
ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS Certifications – Required
Current Work History
Skills Checklist (within the past year)
One Supervisory Signed Reference (within the past two years)
Current NY License and all required certifications uploaded with the profile (facility will not pend licenses/certifications)
