Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist Profession: Cardiopulmonary Specialty: Respiratory Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week, 7:00 am - 7:30 pm with every other weekend and holiday Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Ohio RCP license Certifications: Registered Respiratory Therapist credentials, BLS from American Heart Association only Must-Have: - Must have RRT, not CRT - Must have Ohio License Description: Delivery of respiratory therapy services as prescribed by provider order. Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist and hold a BLS certification from the American Heart Association only. Position requires sitting, standing, stooping, bending, and ambulating intermittently during the day. May need to sit or stand for extended periods. Must have normal visual range with or without correction and normal hearing range with or without correction. Requires finger dexterity to operate office equipment. May need to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds on occasion. Ability to communicate effectively in face-to-face, phone, email, and other communications. Requires the ability to see computer monitor and departmental documents. Position involves some exposure to communicable diseases or body fluids. Some exposure to chemicals is also required. Holiday coverage is required.
