Job Title: Respiratory Therapist - Travel

Location: Martinsburg, WV

Pay: $2,328.12 weekly

Shifts: 12-hour nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist - Travel specializing in respiratory care to join a team in Martinsburg, WV. This role will involve working in an acute care setting, providing respiratory care to patients of various age groups, including peds, adults, and neonates.

Key Responsibilities of the Respiratory Therapist
  • Assess patients and plan appropriate treatments based on physicians' orders and evaluations
  • Administer treatments including O2, humidity therapy, airway management, and mechanical ventilation
  • Perform procedures such as resuscitation, postural drainage, and chest physiotherapy
  • Set up equipment and administer treatments such as Bipap, Cpap, nebulizers, inhalers, and ABG's
  • Conduct EKGs during off hours from 5 PM to 7 AM and all weekend, except in the ER

Requirements of the Respiratory Therapist
  • RRT required or CRT (if licensed prior to July 1st, 2022)
  • Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
  • Experience in Level 2-3 NICU with ventilators required
  • Ability to intubate independently for adults
  • Proficient with EPIC charting system
