Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - $2,630 per week in Charlottesville, VA

Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Profession: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialty: RRT Duration: 14 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years preferred; 4 years required for review. License: RRT certification and BLS required; VA state license pending accepted with temp. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, RRT, VA State License, ACCS preferred. Must-Have: - Strong communications and critical thinking skills. - Proactive approach to work within a multidisciplinary team. Description: This position requires the candidate to be flexible working every other weekend. The candidate must work 2 out of the 3 winter holidays. Nights may vary between 36 to 48 hours per week. Candidates must have experience with charting systems, particularly Epic. Preferred candidates will have experience in Trauma Level II settings. The role involves adult critical care and various respiratory therapy procedures. Key skills include drawing arterial blood gases, managing tracheostomy care, and administering respiratory treatments. Team members are expected to float between sections as needed.
