Key Responsibilities of the Respiratory Therapist- Draw ABGs and assist with intubations
- Manage BIPAP, CPAP, nebulizers, and ventilators
- Intubate and manage ventilators in NICU
- Administer nitrate oxide, and assist with delivery attendance
Requirements of the Respiratory Therapist- Current BLS, ACLS, RRT certifications for Adult RT
- Current BLS, NRP, RRT certifications for NICU RT
- Experience in respiratory therapy, preferably 5 years
