Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in Asheville, NC

Job Details:

• RRTs only - CRTs will not be reviewed
• Work in Respiratory Services department located on floor A343 (Main RT department)
• Day shift staffing includes 15-20 RRTs for adult service lines and 3-4 RRTs for NICU/Pediatric service lines
• Night shift staffing includes 12-16 RRTs for adult service lines and 3-4 RRTs for NICU/Pediatric service lines
• Patient ratios range from 10 to 25 patients
• Float to all critical care units and floors as needed
• Varying weekends required with at least 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
• Required certifications: RRT, BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Preferred certification: NRP
• North Carolina Respiratory License required
• Experience with GE R860 Adult vents, Draeger Infant/Pediatric vents, Newport HT70 transport vent, V60 Non-invasive device, Vapotherm, and Comfort Flow high flow oxygen devices required
• EMR system: Cerner
• Scrub color: Medium Gray/Pewter
