Position DescriptionWe're seeking compassionate, hospital-experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our per diem team. We have opportunities across a variety of acute care specialties, including:
- Respiratory Therapist (RT)
This role is ideal for nurses who want the flexibility to pick up shifts on their own schedule with no minimum hour requirements or mandatory holidays.

Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care while meeting hospital standards of practice.
- Apply critical thinking and clinical judgment in acute care settings.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status.
Requirements- Active, unrestricted RT license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1 year of experience, including recent experience in the specialty you're applying to
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
- Additional unit-specific certifications may be required
