Job Details Location: Nashua, New Hampshire 03060 Setting: Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) with primary coverage in Rehabilitation Employment Type: Travel nursing assignment Duration: 13 weeks Start Date: 10/12/2026 Hours Per Week: 36 Shift Duration: 12-hour rotating shifts Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,130-$2,250 Orientation: Up to 16 hours unpaid Job Requirements Current New Hampshire RN license required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Basic dysrhythmia training preferred or obtained before completion of orientation Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training preferred or obtained before completion of orientation Graduate of an approved nursing program preferred Ability to work rotating shifts and provide flexible coverage based on unit needs Responsibilities Provide professional registered nursing care to patients in accordance with provider orders and unit standards Deliver high-quality bedside care in a Med/Surg and Rehabilitation setting Document care plans, assessments, and clinical updates thoroughly each shift Communicate effectively during bedside shift report, multidisciplinary rounds, and hourly rounding Support patient safety by following established procedures, protocols, and infection prevention practices Participate in quality initiatives, performance improvement, and unit-based safety huddles Collaborate with the care team to promote positive patient outcomes and continuity of care Assist with patient education and ensure materials are culturally competent Serve as a preceptor or mentor to new nurses when needed Maintain current licensure, required certifications, and unit competencies Float to Med/Surg as needed while supporting the primary Rehabilitation unit Apply now for this New Hampshire travel nurse opportunity and join a healthcare team committed to excellent patient care in Nashua.
