**Join Our Dynamic Team as an RN - Rehab and Med/Surg Float!** **Job Description:** - Exciting opportunity to work primarily in the Rehab unit while flexibly floating to Med/Surg as needed. - Provide exceptional nursing care to patients, executing provider orders and ensuring comprehensive clinical documentation. - Engage actively in a supportive, patient-focused environment that emphasizes teamwork and effective communication through: - Bedside shift reports - Multidisciplinary rounds - Hourly Rounding (AIDET) - Contribute to a culture of well-being while promoting a positive atmosphere within the department each shift. - Ensure a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff by adhering to established protocols. - Participate in daily unit-based safety huddles to enhance patient care and safety. - Take part in performance improvement initiatives aimed at achieving superior patient outcomes. - Collaborate with nursing teams in other departments to broaden clinical expertise. - Mentor and precept new nurses, fostering a supportive learning environment. - Stay updated on unit-specific nurse-sensitive indicators (e.g., CAUTI, CLABSI, CDIFF) to maintain high-quality care standards. - Demonstrate commitment to shared governance principles, addressing issues through the appropriate chain of command. - Engage in the employee engagement survey to help shape a better workplace. **Job Requirements:** - Current New Hampshire RN license required. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. - Graduate of an approved Nursing program preferred. - Basic Dysrhythmia knowledge preferred or to be obtained prior to orientation completion. - Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training preferred or to be obtained prior to orientation completion. - Less than 1 year of experience is welcome. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
