In this role, you will provide specialized care for inpatient spinal cord rehabilitation (SCIP-PM) and med/surg patients within a premier medical facility. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality direct nursing care to inpatient spinal cord rehabilitation and med/surg patients. Assess patient needs, develop individual care plans, and monitor progress toward rehabilitation goals. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the care team. Coordinate interdisciplinary care with physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and support staff. Document patient progress accurately and respond promptly to changes in clinical status. Qualifications & Requirements Active RN License (Alabama or eNLC Compact License in hand). Certifications: Current BLS required. Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of recent Med/Surg or Rehabilitation nursing experience preferred. Schedule: 3x12 night shifts.
