Schedule

This position offers a rotating schedule of 7AM to 7:30PM and 7PM to 7:30AM.

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a state-of-the-art rehabilitation hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing specialized care to patients recovering from a range of conditions including stroke, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and orthopedic injuries. The RN will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to maximize the health, function, and quality of life for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to individuals in a rehabilitation setting.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation protocols and health maintenance.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility training.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN LICENSE.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN or higher degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an inpatient rehabilitation or medical-surgical setting is required.
• Experience with Cerner EHR is preferred.
