**Join Our Team as a Night Shift RN in Inpatient Rehab!** **Job Description:** - Location: Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility - Address: 68 Sweeten Creek Rd Asheville, NC 28803 - Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM - Unit: All 4 units - Number of Beds: 65 - Patient Ratios: 5-6 patients per nurse **Key Highlights:** - **Dynamic Work Environment:** Work in a collaborative setting with CNAs available on all shifts and 11 hours of unit secretary support. - **Advanced Equipment & Technology:** Utilize IV pumps, specialty beds, feeding pumps, lifts, transfer equipment, and Life vests to ensure optimal patient care. - **Documentation:** Efficiently document patient care using Meditech. - **Scheduling Flexibility:** Majority of shifts are 12-hour schedules, mostly on weekends. - **Stable Work Policy:** No floating required; all units are connected and interchangeable. **Desired Skills:** - Must have: - Experience in med-surge, inpatient rehabilitation is a plus. - Advanced skills needed for patient care delivery. - Certification Requirements: - BLS certification is a must. **Dress Code:** - Navy scrubs with white tops. **Why Join Us?** - **Welcoming Atmosphere:** Work in an attractive facility with a friendly and supportive team. - **Perfect Location:** Nestled in the breathtaking mountains of Western North Carolina, enjoy wonderful weather year-round and a plethora of activities during your free time. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
