Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse who specializes in rehabilitation to join our team. This position comes with an opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive transdisciplinary team environment, focusing on patient recovery from a variety of conditions including strokes, brain injuries, and orthopedic injuries.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to rehabilitation patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Cerner EHR.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Virginia.
• BLS certification required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Experience with Cerner EHR strongly preferred.
