Care Career is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a travel nursing job in Rochester, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities:
Perform patient assessments and develop/implement individualized care plans
Administer medications and provide IV therapy as needed
Monitor patient progress and collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehab team
Provide wound care and manage patient safety needs
Assist with mobility and rehabilitation activities using equipment such as mechanical lifts and Sara Steady
Educate patients and families regarding care plans and recovery goals
Maintain accurate documentation in Meditech EMR
Provide safe and compassionate patient care in a rehabilitation setting
Requirements:
Active RN license
BLS certification required
Previous Inpatient Rehab or Med Surg RN experience required
IV experience required
Ability to care for adult rehabilitation patients
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Flexible, kind, and thorough approach to patient care
