Travel Requirement: Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates.

Unit Overview:
This is an acute inpatient rehabilitation unit where patients remain under medical management while participating in approximately three hours of therapy each day to regain strength, mobility, and independence.

- Stroke
- Parkinson’s Disease
- Status Post CABG
- Status Post Orthopedic Surgery
- Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
- Multi-Trauma
- General Debility
Requirements
- Active Tennessee RN license (or compact license if applicable)
- ASN or BSN required
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
- BLS certification required
- Hospital-based nursing experience
- Strong assessment and time management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
- Motivational, encouraging personality with a passion for helping patients achieve independence
