Description

RadHealth+ is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Windsor, Vermont.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Shift: 12 hours, nights, flexible

Requirements:

  • 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience - [Required]
  • May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg
  • MUST be willing to float to other units as needed (within scope of practice) [Required]
  • CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE [REQUIRED]
  • Previous Travel (at least 3 months) - [Required]
  • BSN-Bachelor of Science in Nursing [Strongly Preferred]
  • This is a small community without public transport.  Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.  This is a firm requirement.
  • Traveler perm address must be included in profile 

Certification Requirements

  • ACLS (AHA)
  • BLS (AHA)

State License Requirements

  • Vermont or Compact
