### Exciting Opportunity for an Inpatient Rehab RN at UW Health - Madison, WI **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team at a leading 50-bed acute inpatient rehabilitation facility in east Madison, Wisconsin. - Specialize in rehabilitation for patients recovering from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries, and more. - Our mission is to empower patients to achieve their highest level of recovery and return home as soon as possible. **Position Details:** - **Role:** Registered Nurse (RN) - **Department:** Rehabilitation - **Shifts:** 12-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM or 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM) - **Weekend Requirements:** Every other weekend & holiday rotations - **Call Requirements:** Yes - **Required Certifications:** BLS - **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in skilled nursing or 24/7 care environment; Med-Surg or inpatient rehab experience preferred. **Unit Information:** - **Number of Beds:** 49 - **Patient Ratios:** 1:7 - **Patient Population:** Adults with high acuity needs requiring inpatient rehabilitation services - **Equipment:** Ceiling lifts, Sara Stedy, slide boards, vital machines, EKG machines, BGM, and EPIC for charting. **Additional Notes:** - All nurses actively participate in patient care, assisting CNAs and responding to call lights for enhanced patient safety. - Adhere to internal attendance and scheduling policies, including mandatory 30-minute breaks. - Enjoy two paid 15-minute breaks during a 12-hour shift. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
