Travel Resource Planner

We are seeking a Travel Resource Planner to research, organize, and coordinate travel information for clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching destinations, comparing options, organizing details, and helping create well planned travel experiences.

Responsibilities

Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, activities, and travel services

Gather and organize travel resources based on client preferences

Assist with building customized travel plans and itineraries

Compare travel options and identify suitable recommendations

Coordinate reservation and itinerary details

Communicate with clients regarding travel preferences and updates

Keep travel information accurate, organized, and current

Assist with changes, special requests, and additional travel needs

Stay informed about destinations, travel services, and industry updates

Requirements

Strong research and organizational skills

Excellent attention to detail

Clear and professional communication skills

Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks

Able to learn new online tools and travel systems

Customer service focused and dependable

Previous travel experience is helpful but not required
