Description

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week night shift travel assignment requiring at least 1 year of experience and BLS certification.

Details

• Work in a hospital respiratory therapy unit
• Night shift hours, 19:00-07:30
• Every other weekend required
• Every other holiday required
• Flexibility with scheduling required, no block schedules accepted
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• Current ACLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• Current PALS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• Current NRP certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross; NALS also accepted for NICU, L&D, and Postpartum RNs)
• License required if applicable
• Completion of Workplace Violence Prevention training (DCI/BVP) via Relias, Healthcare Staffing Hire, or similar resource

Additional Information

• Provide respiratory therapy services within an acute care hospital setting
• Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification will be conducted within 30 days of start and updated upon expiration
